One of our best clients, a managed care and health services business is seeking to fill a Director of BI and Reporting position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reporting and analytics production support using various reporting tools such as Tableau, SSRS and SSIS. This Director role partners with all aspects of the business to facilitate the Enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives. Essential functions of the position will involve Reporting New Delivery (60%), Process Improvement (20%), and Production Support (20%). Requirements include a BS degree in computer sciences, software design, engineering, or information systems, along with 3 or more years' experience in: developing reports using multiple Business Intelligence tools and applications; strong SQL writing skills; and experience with highly complex reporting solutions. Previous experience in a health care setting is preferred. Must possess an understanding of SQL Server relational databases; strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple project assignments, interact effectively with customers, and the ability to lead others; ability to work with others within the department, company, and other divisions; must be able to interact effectively with the leadership team; and demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
