203600 - Disaster Recovery Analyst(s)
Our growing client is seeking to fill a two Disaster Recovery Analysts positions with expertise in the Information Technology (IT) Disaster Recovery (DR) space. The successful candidates will work on tasks relevant to the IT DR including, but not necessarily limited to: 1. Support PM to develop a scalable framework and process to which specific DR plans will be developed, ordered, cataloged, and stored. 2. Support the preparation of a list of DR plans to be developed under this SOW; the specific number of plans required will have to be determined by project team working with IT and Business Leadership. 3. Support PM to develop project plan and delivery timeline for scoped DR plans. 4. Plan and conduct functional/technical DR meetings (working sessions) to develop required DR plans for identified platforms, applications, and services; identify critical technical gaps. 5. Develop all functional/technical DR documentation that describes scoped platform(s), application(s), or service(s) as "DR plans". DR plans are described as any/all documentation that would be required by IT used to recover systems and services in the event a disaster occurs and either parts or entire primary data center becomes unavailable. 6. Communicate all gaps to PM and provide support development of technical action plans to resolve. 7. Develop an organized approach to order, catalog, and store (on-site and off-site) the DR Plans such that in the event of a disaster the technical recovery team can, with ease, pull and execute the required processes to restore IT functions at a secondary site. 8. Provide all hardcopy and electronic documentation for review and approval prior to finalizing and storing; revise as needed based on feedback. 9. Provide, at a minimum, weekly status on all work performed. Immediate interview if you qualify! Normal work hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. This is a six month temp assignment, with possible extension depending on outcome of detailed planning for scoped work. Salary dependent upon experience. (203600RL111317)
